[THE SET-UP: Daiki and Tsukasa are having a halfway decent text conversation that is one half trying to be polite, the other half of trying to be snarky. Tsukasa mentions his 'To-Do List' and sea cucumber, and now Daiki has decided to bug him. Will things go as normal or will they actually have a normal-ish conversation? Stay tuned...]

[He was sitting in front of a cake, his phone in one hand and a fork in the other as he poked at the design in the frosting. Just because he wasn't allowed to pick up the cake himself did not mean that the cake did not come to him. It was a lovely piece too; all swirled white frosting and fresh fruit shaped like the Rider symbols of the Riders Worlds he had been to. There was even a DaiShocker symbol, but Tsukasa did eat that one. No way was he letting it stay there like a really bad memory or something.]

OOC: I'm going to assume that Tsukasa is at the photo shop? If he isn't, let me know and I'll retcon my post.

The dark haired rider frowned up at the gray sky, the first drops of rain splashing against his cheek before streaking down the side of his face. Maybe it had been a good decision to come here today after all. Daiki was something of a drifter between worlds, never really having a place to go when he traveled, unlike the rest of Decade's colleagues. He smirked a little at that statement. Not as though Decade had ever truly acknowledged him as one of those.

Turning his attention away from the sky, Kaito's eyes shifted lower, taking a glance at the business sign in front of the building. Hikari Shashinkan. It looked a little out of place in it's current position, snuggled between what seemed to be a townhouse and a convenience store. It wasn't anything new, at least not to Daiki. The studio always seemed to find itself in the oddest of places. Half the fun, after all, was locating it.

The rain had started to come down now, the white button up now completely drenched, and sticking to the now damp tee underneath. He shook his wet bangs out of his face and moved quickly to the overhang, not bothering to knock before opening the business' door. Daiki poked his head in, looking from left to right in attempts to find someone he knew. "Yare yare... I actually take the chance to stop by and no one is even here." His words echoed a little through the shop, the Rider not bothering to keep his voice down. Ah well. It wasn't as though he wasn't used to waiting on Tsukasa anyway.

At the sound of the familiar voice, Kaito moved further into the shop, sliding off his shoes in the entrance way and helping himself to a pair of the house shoes. He didn't often get to taste the comforts of home life, so we was going to take advantage of it where he could. As there was no choir of voices, Daiki assumed that Yusuke, Natsumelon, and the old man were busy elsewhere. It wasn't as though he minded only spending time with Tsukasa (not like he hadn't done it before), but seeing the others would have been nice as well.

Rounding the entrance way, the Rider could see Tsukasa briefly in the distance before his vision was obscured by a towel. He made a face against the gruff fabric, but started to rub at his damp hair. "Afraid of a little water?" he asked, not feeling in the mood to thank the other man. "I'll try not to get you wet." Moving into the middle of the room, Daiki leaned over and plucked the DiEnd symbol off the cake, popping it into his mouth. "Where is everyone?"

Daiki lifted an eyebrow at that. The Tsukasa he knew wasn't so considerate to others. Then again, the Tsukasa of current was far from the Great Leader who had imprisoned him all those years ago. Kaito highly doubted if the man before him even remembered that time of his life. Or if he did, Tsukasa merely chose not to address it. It didn't exactly matter to Daiki, not anymore. Not as long as Tsukasa still acknowledged his existence, at least.

Watching Decade eat more of the cake, Daiki helped himself to the Kuuga symbol while he was at it. He was sure Yusuke wouldn't mind. "A special program?" That made the brunette frown. It wasn't like old man Hikari to leave the studio for long periods of time - especially with only Tsukasa to man it. Still, there was only so much that could go wrong in their current world, it having not fallen into chaos... yet.

"And you decided to man the fort and guard the cake? How admirable," he teased. It was like the other to weasel out of work where he could, but that didn't mean Daiki wouldn't draw attention to it.

The thief halted in his assault on his hair to glance briefly to a not-often used door in the corner of the room. Faint noises of high pitched girls accompanied by muffled squeals of glee from Hikari-oji could be heard. Daiki merely shook his head, a hald smirk on his still damp face. That man was still full of surprises. Ah well - as long as he wasn't dressed in a customized gi or 'we love' headband upon emerging he would be okay with it. After all, he wasn't one to talk about others weird quirks, having quite a few of his own.

"Because nothing puts more jump in an old man's step than watching young women synchronize dance," he chuckled, going back to his locks. He had noticed by then, that picking at the cake was bugging Tsukasa. So naturally he went for the Kiva symbol next. "There's nothing stopping us from talking about both. Besides, a cake is meant to be shared." His smirk was playful as he dried off his pants enough to sit down. "Though I am interested in this bucket list." 'And glad I at least made it onto it...'

"It's only natural that we don't know everything about him," Daiki shrugged, crossing his legs and reaching out for one of the remain symbols (this time W's). Old man Hikari was full of surprises as they already knew. Personally, with everything always crazy in his life, Daiki was rarely shocked by anything that had to do with his tiny group of friends. Breaking the symbol in half, Daiki ate one piece at a time, only fitting for the half and half rider. Plus, the annoyed look on Tsukasa's face made it all the more worth his efforts.

"So it's just in an efforts to beat out the clock, than?" he asked, a twinkle in his eye as he ate the other half of the W. "I guess I should be honored that I even made your list. I hope 'take a decent picture' is at the top, though," he smirked, putting a spin on the comment to make it lighter. Naturally Tsukasa hadn't remembered anything else. He didn't know why his hopes had risen again. It was always like this. Always.

"Eh?" he mused, turning a grin to Tsukasa. "Even in your world the pictures were terrible." That was a lie. Tsukasa's photography had been rather good in the Daishocker world. Some of it was actually framed in his home. Briefly he closed his eyes, the image filling his head briefly. A beach, the shore stretching out for a good distance before going around a bend. And on a cliff there was a small home with a path leading up towards it. He had asked Tsukasa once, where the place was and why he had found it so interesting. He had never answered. Daiki doubted he ever would - if he even still remembered.

"Hmm?" Kaito was opened his eyes at Tsukasa's sudden silence, realizing that the other had actually directed a question at him. Slowly, he processed the last few sentences. "More like to see if you've forgotten anything else, or remembered anything - but I guess in the end you'll stay the same regardless." He ignored the first question, the truth hitting slightly closer to home than he was willing to share with the other Rider.
